A retrospective observational study was conducted in private clinics in Bhopal using a structured patient questionnaire (yes/no and multiple-choice) to evaluate outcomes and tolerability. 100 subjects were enrolled (92 completed; 8 dropout) and were prescribed 6—8 oral drops twice daily after meals for 4—6 weeks. Written informed consent and demographic details were recorded, and clinical outcomes (including lesion activity, inflammation/redness, pigmentation/marks, recurrence, and any adverse reactions) were documented during follow- ups, supported by photographic grading for evaluation.
