We want you to love your Amiy purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any items not in their original condition, including those that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.


Return & Exchange Process

  2. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your request.

 Refunds

  • You will receive an email notification once your return is received and inspected.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within (7 To 15 Days).
